Its main goal is to provide an on-call service to all DBA clients, specializing in quality and prompt solution. These characteristics result from the high competence of DBA's advisors, achieved through an intense training program and an efficient internal organization.

The service may be accessed both by phone and e-mail. With direct communication channels with its software partners, DBA can guarantee efficient technical support, regardless of the problem's complexity.

In the absence of any alternative solution, DBA has direct access to the Microsoft development team, which can act promptly, whenever required, to change the code of the Microsoft products. When this is required, a DBA authorized professional will be transferred to perform the on-site service. This hotline service is also part of the MAP (Microsoft Authorized Premier) Support Program offered by DBA.

DBA's hotline is also attentive in keeping its clients aware of software upgrades, new tool and problem-prevention information. The service is based on a call control system, where each interaction with the client is provided with a unique reference code that guarantees DBA's clients an efficient and safe monitoring of their problems.

As a MCSC, DBA provides a high quality technical support for several Microsoft products, such as the BackOffice package, relying on a staff trained by Microsoft certified instructors. It is also provided with a channel of access to technical information, training, upgrades and upgraded versions of all Microsoft products.


    MAP (Microsoft Authorized Premier)


    The Microsoft Authorized Premier (MAP) Support Program offered by DBA provides a personalized service. The technical account manager (TAM) is responsible for rending service to a specifc company, and, as a team leader, manages support resources required by that specifc business solution. The presence of a TAM allows a personalized service and guarantees that a professional who knows that company's reality will always be at hand Counting both of a highly qualified DBA professional team and Microsoft professionals, DBA’s TAM prevents time waste by providing a single contact for support. The MAP Support eliminates mutual blaming by suppliers, in their heterogeneous environment, for the clients' problems.
